Pork Roast Recipe (kind of)

We just had the best pork roast. When I cook, I don't really measure, so I hope you can follow along with approximates. I read a recipe and decided to use just what I liked. Here is what I did. In the crock pot, I used a pork roast about 2- 3 pounds. In a 2 cup measuring cup, I used about 1/4 cup of soy sauce, about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, and about a 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Adding to the measuring cup, fill with water and add a few shakes of garlic powder (maybe 1/4 teaspoon). Pour this over the Roast and cook on high for at least 4 hours. The meat should shred.

We ate it over white rice, black beans and corn.
