Herb and Breaded Pork Chops

This minimal ingredient recipe is quick and easy but full of flavor. Your family will love it and you will love the ability to get dinner on the table in very little time and with very little effort. The secret is the spices already in the breading, which is actually stuffing.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • Herb flavored stuffing mix

Directions:

Use about 1/2 to 1 cup of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix (or another chosen brand)
into a blender and pulse blend until fine without lumps.
Place into a shallow bowl large enough to dunk a pork chop into.

Crack the egg into a different shallow bowl and whisk.

Using one pork chop at a time, coat both sides with the egg and then into the stuffing.

Place the pork chops into a frying pan (or bake in the oven).

Cook until juices run clear.
