The Outlet in Grand Rapids, Michigan is a crafters dream find. It is located at 1534 College SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. It seems to be located in a warehouse district. They have limited hours: Wednesday – Friday: 9am – 5pm and Saturday: 10am – 3pm.

What I found on my visit:

A singer's sewing kit, for less than $6. The same thing is listed on Amazon for $8.78 list price $11.99.

I also bought two sewing baskets.
 It was less then $8 and then I used my secret code for the week which gives you an additional 50% off one item so it was less then $4. The exact basket is available on Amazon for $25.68 and list price $29.99.  

Since basic crafts were 50% off, I got this kit for around $5, it was originally about $10 and sells on Amazon for $20.84. The outer box was slightly damaged, but I can handle that for such great savings!

OK I bought a ton of other stuff too because I don't live nearby and I was in town for a conference. 

Each week they offer special deals. The week I visited they had basic crafts, school supplies and holiday items an additional 50% off the tag price. They don't sell online and they don't ship. The only way to save is to visit.
