PicLight (Normally $19.99, now $2.99 during the time-limited new product promo) is a nifty app on Mac for adding various lighting effects and stacking effects for endless possibilities. It has handy image-editing tools for fine-tuning photos.

Key features include:

25+ image filters such as B&W, Sepia and Vintage, etc.
Lighting effects can be rotated and layered up.
