We had frozen chicken so I made our meal a bit differently from the instructions on the box. I placed the frozen chicken and two flavor packets mixed with 1/2 cup of water in a pan and cooked it in the oven. Once baked, I cut it into bite size piece.

The grain I made as the box instructed. I have to say the light blue color was exciting to see. I brought the water to boil, turned off the stove, placed a lid on the pan and let it sit until the chicken was done. Very very easy to make.

My family found the flavor to be rather mild. We don't really go for strong spices so that was fine. I cooked more chicken than the instructions asked for, which added to the mild flavor. Two chicken breasts just weren't enough to feed five people.
