My husband and I recently spent an enjoyable evening with a group of Indiana bloggers at the Corner Bakery Cafe. The Corner Bakery Cafe is a chain found in 22 states and Washington D.C. Ours is the first location in Indiana for this chain. Amazing because Corner Bakery Cafe originated in Chicago and we are a stones throw away. I am surprised we haven't had one until now. The location at Clay Terrace is the first with five more in the planning stages for Indiana.

We enjoyed a tasting menu consisting of Buttermilk Pancakes for breakfast; Chicken Pomodori Panini for lunch; and Pesto Cavatappi for dinner. The Corner Bakery Cafe serves breakfast all day. Over 40 fresh items are delivered each day to each cafe so you can look forward to fresh, healthy flavorful food.

The first image that includes the potato chips is an example of their Panini Combo: half of a grilled panini paired with caesar salad, mixed greens, mac & cheese or cup of soup.

Each Corner Bakery Cafe has call ahead ordering and free wi-fi. All nutritional information is available online.
