Tonight my husband and I were invited to see the screening of 12 Strong. It is an amazing story we didn't know about due to the events being classified until recently.
The day after 9/11 twelve soldiers were deployed to retaliate against the Taliban. With the odds against them, 12 Special Ops soldiers went into some of the roughest terrain to fight on horseback against missiles and tanks. They were outnumbered 5,000 to 1. The movie is so realistic you feel the challenges they faced and you will be amazed at their abilities and success.
