Unclaimed Baggage Center in Alabama

We found this gem of a place on a vacation a few years back. All the unclaimed airline baggage ends up at the Unclaimed Baggage Center in Alabama. If you are a treasure hunter or love thrifting, this is a stop you will definitely have to make at some point. I don't know why it is located here, there isn't really a whole lot around the area. But the Unclaimed Baggage Center is huge. They have thousands of new items arriving daily.

The 40,000-square-foot store is organized by departments, such as men’s, jewelry and electronics, making it easy for you to find what you’re looking for. If this weren't large enough, there is another building next door called Etc. There are an additional three levels of bargains and 4,000 ft of children's clothing. At Etc. you can find last chance items and big bargains.

The Unclaimed Baggage Center isn't open late, closing most days at 6 pm and it isn't open on Sundays. The UBC doesn't take orders or sell online. To plan your visit, check out their website, facebook page, and address.
