Last year on a trip to Greece, I felt so healthy from eating Mediterranean food. The food was so clean and while it filled us up it did bloat us or make us feel stuffed. I was really excited to see The Everything Mediterranean Instant Pot Cookbook in hopes of gaining some of that experience back with food. I am really excited to try out some of the soup recipes as well as the Poultry. I am not sure which I will try first, Chicken and Orzo Soup, Easy Pesto Chicken and Potatoes, or Whole Roasted Chicken and Herbs. Don't they all sound good?
