I am disappointed in the negative reviews I have read on Amazon about this Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozer. We got it and really like using it. I loved the size right out of the box since we do a lot of "short order" cooking in our house so the 8" pan is really handy. We make eggs most mornings and this pan is great for scrambled or fried - even sandwiches. The heft of the pan is good - not flimsy at all and seems substantial. I have read a lot of reviews stating the coating wears off or things stick and I can't help but wonder if they didn't read the instruction where it states do not immerse in cool water right after cooking, allow the pan to cool before washing? I guess time will tell if my opinion changes but we are very happy with this pan. Besides, you can't beat the satisfaction guaranteed warranty.
