Being born in New York, I have fond memories of Black and White cookies. Living in Indiana, we don't have those delicacies here. When I received the email from Brooklyn Bean Roastery saying the next flavor I would receive was Black and White cookies, I was ecstatic. All those fond memories resurfaced. I had my first taste today. It's coffee so not quite the same thing as the cookies. I think that might have disappointed my taste buds a bit. The flavor was smooth and comforting. It seemed to have a hint of hazelnut with a slight cookie aftertaste. I really like my coffee with added chocolate syrup. My first cup of Black and White cookie was without any additional flavoring. My next cup, I will add the syrup. I guess I am a creature of habit!
