How to make a Halloween Diorama

I am participating in the fifth Halloween PopCorn Box Party 2017 with Laura Kelly. I have participated for a few years. In 2015 I made a lantern with googly eyes, and in 2016 I transformed the box into a box! It is so fun to see all the creativity this project takes on. We are given a package with a few materials included. The only stipulation is that we must use the PopCorn Box.

The sponsors of the 2017 party are World Market - Kunin Group - Udderly Smooth - Expressionery - Ellison/Sizzix - Oriental Trading. Some items included in the package were the popcorn box, colored felt, pencils, candy, little pumpkins, and lotion.

To make the diorama I used the following materials:

  • popcorn box
  • Craft glue dots
  • black cardstock
  • Cricut Maker
  • yellow felt
  • small pumpkins
  • scissors or pen knife
  • battery operated tea light

I created the SVG files for this project and if you would like to use them they are linked below:

I also cut the felt with my Cricut Maker but I used the design software to cut a basic square.

I have included affiliate links in this post. If you follow them and purchase items, there is no cost to you. Try it - Like it - Create it will earn a small fee to help support the website.
