I was excited to review a journaling bible because I typically don't like writing in my bible. Having a bible specifically for this purpose with space to do so, related well to me. I didn't expect what I received. Yes, it has space for journaling but it is the most beautiful bible I have seen in a long time. A true treasure. The bible came in a case and the cover appears to be made of an ikat fabric. (which I love having studied fiber art) This would make a beautiful Christmas gift.
