Target Shopping for Black Friday

This is a post written by me on behalf of Slickdeals. All opinions and experiences are my own. I have been compensated for this post.

Is there anyone who doesn't love shopping at Target? You know Target will be busy this year for Black Friday. Will you shop at your Target on Black Friday? And if so, will you go to the store or shop online?

In years past on Black Friday, we have gone to Target and couldn’t find what we were looking for, they were sold out. Thankfully, we returned home and started shopping online and were able to purchase the item with the same savings. When you shop online you can choose to have your purchase delivered to your address (or to another as a gift) or you can choose to pick it up at your local store with no additional shipping fees. This is a great option for those of us who visit Target on a regular basis.

Slickdeals lists discounts and coupons available at a variety of different stores, Target is one of them. If you want to see the Black Friday deals ahead of time visit them on Slickdeals. Slickdeals has the 54 page Black Friday ad online now for you to browse and make your list ahead of time.

This year Target Black Friday shopping will begin at 5pm Thursday. The doors will close for a short time from 1am Friday and reopen at 7am on Friday. Don’t forget to pay attention to the doorbuster, some items come with a Target gift card for a future purchase. Looking through the Black Friday ad I’ve seen a number of items marked as exclusive to Target. There is a special on Friday if you spend $50 you’ll get a coupon for 20% off a future shopping trip between December 3-14 and it can be used in the store or online.

If you are a Target RedCard holder you can get first access to over 100 Black Friday deals on 11/27 early access deals to begin at approx. 2:01 am (CT) for credit and debit RedCard holders and you also get 5% off every day in addition to Black Friday savings. You can apply online ahead of time for a Red Card so you will be prepared to save even more.

Target Circle members will gain access to Black Friday deals on 11/27 at 6 pm CT. Target Circle is free to join and you will continue to gain benefits throughout the year.

These extra discounts and early shopping offers are too good to pass up. However, some items may have a limit on how much you can buy. Target Circle and RedCard Black Friday early access offers are not the same, and all deals will be revealed on 11/27/19.

Finally, did you know there is a map available online and in-store to help you find your desired items? I think it would be easier to download the map and go prepared however you can also ask a team member for a store map.

So will you shop in-store or online at Target this Black Friday? With a 54 page ad, I imagine you will be able to check off quite a few items from your gift list. Don’t forget to check in with Slickdeals where they review and discuss the best deals.
