Sausage Muffins Recipe Review

Ingredients:
1 cup of Bisquick
1 lb cooked sausage
4 eggs beaten
1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

350 degrees 20 minutes

Directions:
Cook the sausage, mix together bisquick, eggs and cheese, then add cooked sausage. Scoop into greases muffin tins - do not use paper liners. Bake in over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 

Review:
The list of ingredients and directions couldn't be any easier. We love all the components of this recipe so I thought it would be a winner, I was wrong. They were dry and not very flavorful. I might like to try it again using shredded potatoes instead of the bisquick. I wonder if adding milk would help?
