I was so excited when I was offered to review the "I Love My Instant Pot" Affordable Meals cookbook. Don't get me wrong, I do like my Instant Pot but I don't have a lot of go-to recipes that I use on a regular basis with my Insta Pot. I know I could utilize it better and this cookbook will help me do just that!

Flipping through the pages, the first recipes to catch my eye were two chicken recipes, Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken and Potatoes Casserole. I have a family of picky eaters so making something that everyone will eat takes some creativity. I love that this cookbook covers every meal from breakfast to dessert. There are 175 easy family favorite meals that you can make for under $12. So not only are they good but they are also budget-friendly.
