Ant Man and The Wasp Review

Tonight we had a family movie night and saw the new Ant Man and The Wasp in 3D IMAX. Thanks to the Owens Group for the tickets in order to write this review. Seeing a movie in IMAX is really cool. The technology is at it's best and the size of the screen does engage you. However, the 3D wasn't quite up to par. From the credits, it stated the movie was made into 3D post-production. I felt I was seeing a forced perspective and certain things out of focus wouldn't normally be out of focus on a 2D screen. So in my opinion, it wouldn't be worth paying extra for the 3D version of Ant Man and The Wasp.

All the things we loved in the first Ant Man, were still true. The humor was enjoyable. The actors were very believable. The fight scenes were fantastic. There is a lot about Ant Man and The Wasp that I can't talk about because they would be spoilers. I will just say that you will understand it better and enjoy it more if you watch Infinity War first.
