A Disney Thanksgiving

My very first Disneyland experience was on Thanksgiving Day. My husband practically grew up on Disneyland and even worked there as a teen. My father in law used to visit weekly with his friend "and ride all the big rides." They took me to Disneyland on Thanksgiving Day. It was so crowded. I followed along not knowing where I was or where I was going. My in-laws lived nearby so we could visit, head home for a family dinner and then head back again. For many visitors this isn't possible. So, if you plan on visiting any Disney location on Thanksgiving Day, my advice is to plan well in advance. Make reservations for your Thanksgiving Day meal. There are many options. With more than 30 different dining choices at Disney theme parks and resorts, families and friends can come together for a variety of Thanksgiving lunch and dinner offerings.

Availability is limited and dining events are subject to change. For information and reservations, guests can call 407-WDW-DINE or book online at DisneyWorld.com/dine.
