3 Ingredient Casserole

I am not really sure I can even call this a recipe with 3 ingredients. You basically dump and bake. But I am trying to eat low carb. With running errands, chauffeuring kids, and pick up from school then helping with homework, weeknight dinners need to be easy. The flavor is great, it is something I can get my kids to eat and I don't miss the noodles. (although I cooked some for them to add to theirs)

Ingredients:

  • frozen meatballs (from Sam's Club)
  • Hunts Spaghetti Sauce in the can Traditional flavor
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

Fill the casserole with frozen meatballs. I don't thaw them. Cover with a can of Hunts Spaghetti Sauce. This is my favorite spaghetti sauce. The flavor is good and it is so cost effective at usually a dollar a can. I bake it covered in foil for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove the foil, add about a cup of cheese and bake for 10 additional minutes. Dinner is done!
